Earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College in June 1990, and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University in June of 2000.

Has been an Analytical Engineer with J.V. Poplawski & Associates since June 1990. Specialties include: Finite element stress, thermal and dynamic analysis of mechanical systems, analysis of rolling element bearing systems and FORTRAN programming. He has been a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers since 1989. He has co-authored 2 technical papers on bearing life analysis, and bearing computer analysis codes.
